By hiring our team, you agree to provide access to your property, ensure safe locations for item removal, and clearly identify all items intended for removal. We maintain the right to refuse to remove any items that pose safety risks or violate local regulations. By utilizing our services, you confirm understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible payment options to accommodate our clients. Payments are due upon completion of the service, and we accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled removal will incur a fee. We appreciate your understanding as we commit to providing timely and efficient service to all customers.

Limitations of Liability

While we enable safe and effective junk removal services, we cannot be held liable for any damage to personal items or properties during the removal process. Clients should ensure that all items designated for removal are free of debris or hazards. Any damages incurred to the property or items not directly related to our service are the sole responsibility of the client. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
